Celebrate YOASOBI’s 5th Anniversary with the YOASOBI Exhibition <超現實> IN HONG KONG, Now Officially Opened

Regarded as pop legends of our time, Japanese duo YOASOBI – composed of Ayase and ikura – is hosting 2 shows from December 26 to 27, 2024 at AsiaWorld-Expo. They have enjoyed global recognition since their debut in Hong Kong’s Clockenflap last December, when tickets to their shows sold out instantly . 

Formed in 2019, YOASOBI – which translates to “nightlife” – takes its name from the many hours the duo spent practising and composing after their day-time jobs. They considered the countless evenings of music production as play, a different “nightlife” in its own right.  Despite the duo’s infancy, YOASOBI has not only been topping Japan’s music charts thanks to Ayase’s groundbreaking creativity and ikura’s unique voice, but it has also become a significant icon of the country’s pop culture. 

Hong Kong celebrates YOASOBI’s 5th anniversary with a series of events, such as YOASOBI’s first-ever exhibition at AIRSIDE from December 13, 2024 to January 3, 2025. The event showcases the duo’s musical journey and creative milestones. Fans can discover rare artifacts including the duo’s posters, show outfits and other invaluable memorabilia. A gacha machine and interactive selfie booth are also on site!
